If parents are feeling up to it, a newborn shoot between 10-14 days old is optimum. Baby is sleepy and blissfully unaware.
I don’t manipulate and pose babies, I photograph them just as they are. There’s no human more natural than a newborn baby. We’ll work around the baby, with shoot that gives enough time to feed and relax.
