How long does my order take to ship?

If you are purchasing Gift Vouchers, these are shipped the next working day by 1st Class Post.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping as the photography is carried out in the studio in the UK. However, Gift Vouchers may be purchased internationally, and I can send them to a UK recipient.

What is your cancellation / return policy? 

Bookings: A booking can be postponed to a later date within 6 months of the original date. If the booking is not used, there is no refund. If the booking is cancelled by the studio, a full refund will be given.

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers once purchased are non-refundable. However the date voucher can be extended if unforeseen circumstances prevent the recipient from using the Voucher.
